This place has repeatedly failed at their ability to provide even mediocre customer service this time I filed a complaint with Parker Pawn. This is what I sent:

Not sure who the rude, short, round, dark haired lady is that came over pretending to help us was, but she doesn’t need to work on the side of pawning and selling items. She doesn’t have a clue what she’s actually looking at. And she mentioned us having to have a charger for one of the power tools that is not sold with a charger in the stores. Also, she refused to give us a price of what could be given if we went home and got a charger because I was talking to my boyfriend and made a comment that there are several drills on the table that do not have chargers with them, she said “what” with an attitude and all I said is “I wasn’t talking to you.!” Not being a jerk just stating a simple fact… because I wasn’t talking to her. So her customer service skills are obviously out of practice and need some help. Im seriously thinking about not returning and letting others know of the recent mistreatment from your employee.

If they respond or try to rectify the situation I will update this post if they do not you’ll see they truly don’t care about their customers and maybe think twice about giving them your business.

I was a little skeptical at first purchasing out of state especially with no response for a couple days but later found out they had some technical difficulties. Parker Pawn contacted me and explained everything and made the process very simple. Excellent packaging and product was as described. Great 1st time buyer experience. I have been looking for the perfect Christmas gift for my fiancé. I have struck out in many stores. I have gone to Macy's, Dillards and all the big name stores from Greensboro to Raleigh. And one night searching I find Parker Pawn and Jewelry's web site. And the perfect gift I have been searching for was right there. Great description, pictures and best of all, I called and was greeted with very helpful staff. I was looking for the a designer bag and/or wallet. Because it is such a big ticket item I wanted to make sure it was well represented and I felt very comfortable after they were willing to pull it and inspect it for me. I was able to buy and have it shipped to me all within 15 minutes of making my purchase. Thank you for your help. Not everyday I search for a Louis Vuiiton, I will be searching there 1st before I burn all the gas next time.

Updating review. This is an excellent store! Do not hesitate to shop here! It's perfectly maintained, looks just as it did when it was new. Always friendly people around to help. So far, half of my Apple system has come from Parker's. Heather was most helpful on my purchase...couldn't ask for anything more. Do not hesitate to do any sort of business here.
