I paid over $500 for my ray band meta smart glasses and their are no signs of wear and tear. Since my purchase, z I’ve persuaded at least 3 people to purchase the glasses because so genuinely love them. They are not damaged. All of a sudden, they stopped working and I have not gotten much help from “customer care”. I’ve had these glasses for less than a year. I wonder what the consumers would think if they read this as a review or possible on the BBB website. I thought that the customer service would be better. You guys close early for the people that are working Mon. through Friday. 8-5. The one time I was able to connect with a rep, the phone mysteriously disconnected.

I am from out of town and dropped in with my Raybans for a quick repair. The woman whose name I didn't catch (it was just after openingon a weekday) , was super-efficient, friendly and made my visit a pleasant one. Just wanted to say thanks again!

Out of all the days to visit the store, I visited on Jan. 20th /Inauguration Day. Taja was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was interested in a pair of Ray Ban Metas. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and will visit this site again when I'm in the area as they are the only dedicated Ray-Ban location in the DMV area.

While the staff here was very nice, they were so concerned about shoplifters that they failed to ask if I wanted typical upgrades - like making the lens thinner and lighter. So now I am left with a beautiful Ray Ban frame with coke-bottle lenses. A total fail. They are too heavy to wear and I am using my old glasses. This store should either get a security guard for the staff or don't sell prescription glasses. Your staff can't man the door and offer personalized health services. Unfortunately, I would recommend going elsewhere.

If I could just post with no stars I would. My husband went to this store today to buy a pair of glasses and the 2 ladies working this morning threatened to call the cops on him insisting and mistaking him for someone the day prior who stole frames. Mind you, he was not even in the same city or state at all yesterday. 😐 He was told they got him on camera but when asked to provide evidence, they could not. When asked to do a search AND make good on their threat to call the cops (even offered his ID) they would not. Eventually realizing they made a mistake they backed off and let him do what he wanted to do in the first place and purchase glasses anyway. No apologies whatsoever. At this point they have completely ruined the day of a hard working person wanting to get something for himself. He bought glasses anyway because he wanted them. No apologies from the ladies at all for their mistake. We're very disappointed at this store/company's orientation program, and the actions of those two individuals who have no manners and who are souring the experience for people who want nothing else but to buy some glasses. Bringing shame to the company name. Hopefully this is just two isolated oversight by the hiring manager bringing on people who are clearly ignorant about how customer service works. Anyway Ray Ban Georgetown, DONT PROFILE CUSTOMERS but if you're going to profile customers, at least be discreet about it and gather your evidence before launching an attack. Honestly after reading the other 1 star reviews, just don't go to this store. You might as well go to a sunglass hut or buy your frames online.
