Drove 5 hours to this store to purchase the hourglass faga, walked in, the girl measured me, gave me my size took me into a fitting room told me how to put it on, when I asked for help as I couldn’t close it up, she walked in told me so how r u going to close it up at home? With a rude tone, I felt as if I had done something wrong, I asked for help as I never worn one before. She had me lay down and was telling me to hold it up for her while she closed it up and again rude with a horrible tone, I had research this product for a year now. Was very disappointed in the customer service, this is not cheap at least be more professional and helpful.

I went to this store today July 28, 2023
The girl there was super helpful, she measured me but the size S was too big for me lol. She let me tired few more fajas till I found the right for me. I ended up getting a 2XS Hourglass shape faja.
I had a very pleasant experience. It’s good to be able to try those fajas and find the right size and leave happy because they are expensive!
My 5 stars are mainly for the customer service I received. I will update with the actual faja experience once I use it for a while.

I now see why everything turned out wrong .. and why so many bad reviews … costumer service wasn’t great. Not only that but she took my measurements gave me a faja that was suppose to be my size. I told her I was looking for a stage 2 , I was 3 weeks post of lipo 360.. I get into the fitting room and the faja wouldn’t even go up my legs so I finally asked her for help she came in and was being very harsh and I felt like she was frustrated. She made me lay down so my faja will close when I’m thinking that I should be able to close it on my own standing up once I walk away from the store . After putting it on I obviously felt very tight and I asked her if I was soppose to feel that way she said yes, also I got a bbl so I told her that I felt it was giving a little more compression on my butt hip area and she said she gave me the correct size so I believe her and thought I would get ustu the faja within hours . A few hours past and I was so uncomfortable I was in pain and made me more swollen then what I was. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Later that day I went to another faja store and the lady who helped me told me they definitely didnt give me the correct size ! Never again would I come back ! Now I see why so many bad reviews ‘ and I hope who ever is in change gets kind and helpful employees. Most of us come in to get help and don’t know what next or what can be our correct size . We just need that right and kind help. !

Wife bought the extreme waist coat faja in the size they recommended her promising it would “stretch”. She nearly passes out on her third day using it with no stretching at all. She thought it was normal being uncomfortable the first few days.
There’s no way its normal if you can’t even drink water with it on. Her legs would get numb whenever she wasn’t standing up. Not to mention, she did sized up two sizes!!!! Obviousl, she can’t return item anymore as it was used for a couple of days. Sad because she was actually excited for the faja after watching endless Instagram posts.

Worst place to spend your money, I made a purchase online and won’t exchange my item because supposedly I tried it on when item was returned next day with original tags and zippers with the protection cover on zippers ect, don’t throw your money away because they will try everything not to exchange your item and make you wait 20 business days to give you an answer and just for them to come out with a stupid lame excuse not to exchange the item and you have to pay for shipping to send it and to also return back the item that’s already $170 dls down the drain.
