Please do not shop here. Save your money and go somewhere else. The service here was terrible. I was yelled at by one of the female employees for simply asking her a question about exchanging something after she said she could. She kept yelling at me even after I asked her to calm down. I never yelled back throughout the discussion. This business does not know how to run a business nor basic customer service. Other people in this comment section can agree.

Today I walked into the store and I picked up an item and soon realized that a Korean employee was starring at me while I was trying to make my decision on a product , she stared at me the whole time until I walked away.

I went to the other aisle to look at other items and she walks up to me and pretends to put something back and the whole time she was starring at me for 5 minutes until I left. Me and my daughter felt really uncomfortable. This store clearly racially profiles brown and black people the 2 times that I have gone I have only gotten starred at.

I do not recommend coming here unless you want to be racially profiled by these racist employees.

Go to Manassas Mall beauty supply store for a better experience.

After years of buying hair extensions from them, I will no longer be purchasing from them anymore.
I had asked the gentleman for clip-in hair extensions, I trusted that he knew what he was doing, but it wasn’t till I got home and realized that they had sold me sew in extensions. I live in Warrington so I was not able to drive back the same day they were getting ready to close so I made sure I called them within the hour of purchasing them to let them know that I’m not going to use the hair. I just simply took it out of the package and was requesting a refund because I spent $109!!
They said no refunds since it was opened even though I reassured him that I wouldn’t be using the hair and can bring it back as soon as they opened next day.
So sad 🙁

Im sorry, not coming here no more, I used to lovvvve coming here ALL the time but im good, ( NO MORE) came to grab hair supplies. Came after work, wearing my work clothes, the lady at the desk greeted me fine but the guy behind the counter, should quit. He comes off mean to certain people, he doesnt know what the heck hes selling & he pratically got up out his chair to see what I was looking at as if I was stealing. I spent around 60 because they tax the hell out of everything. The last time I came, a customer from another state asked me if I knew another hair store to go to because of this particular gentleman. As a former customer, I am recommending not stopping here, there are plenty of shops around the corner with the same products, lower prices & better customer service.

I stopped by today and I felt like I was being racially profiled was watched the whole time please don’t go there unless you want to be discriminated. Wish I could leave zero stars hope this saves a lot of people from wasting their time at this establishment.

I was skeptical about this beauty supply store from what I saw outside (it didn’t look like it catered to ethnic hair) but I was highly impressed once I got inside. I’m new to LoCo and glad to have found this place. This is probably the most organized and well stocked beauty supply I’ve ever been in, not to mention, the products are priced well

They have a great selection and makeup prices are good. Wigs: they have a good selection of wigs, but do not have every color of every wig displayed. All wig sales are final and you're not allowed to try on wigs in the box, so if it turns out to not be the color you expected, you can't return it.

I bought a human hair wig and it looked like the color I wanted in the box, but once I took it out of the netting and bag, I realized it was a brassy blond (almost strawberry blond) not the honey blond as written on the not that I wanted... I've done more research and this is very common with blond human hair wigs. The store did have a bleach blond almost white wig, but it didn't work with my skin tone. I was super glad I was able to try that one on. They did have a lot to try on.

The gentleman working did give good information when asked.
