I purchased sunglasses here less than 6-months ago, I called because the nose pieces fell off and wanted to know if they were able to fix them (even offered to pay), the gentleman on the line was so rude to me, yelling at me and speaking down to me when I was just asking a question. Would not recommend. I have never been spoken to this way in my life.

We had a wonderful experience speaking with Michael! He was helpful, informative, personable. My wife even bought a decent pair of sunglasses for the first time in her life! He was also so kind to our 4 year old son. He even left with a pair of sunglasses! Excellent place!

Michael, the store manager provided really fantastic customer service. He helped me find frame and lens cobo that really fit my face and perfevtly suited my needs. I will be going back, and recommend that you do too!

Have always been a big fan of this shop, but had an extraordinary experience today...my father has had a pair of sunglasses he loves, but lost the nosepiece to almost a year ago. Today, we walked in to see if there was any chance they sold replacements or could recommend a place for a quick repair. These are not expensive glasses, nor were they purchased in this shop....but Eric took incredible care of my dad.

Not only did he replace the nose pieces, but he cleaned the glasses and made sure they were comfortable for my dad before we left - all without accepting anything for his time.

The customer service is amazing. Love this place and can’t say thank you enough to Eric!

Outstanding business!! Visited American Sunglass while we were vacationing on Cape Cod over July 4th weekend, and could not have been more impressed with their team. They fixed my wife's sunglasses in no time flat, and were extremely pleasant and helpful during the process.
